Femboy lingerie is finally easy to find—but surprisingly hard to buy well. Half the shops sell women's lingerie with a new label, the other half sell pictures that look nothing like what arrives. This guide covers what femboy lingerie actually is, how it should fit a male body, how to pick your size and your first set—written by the people who cut and sew it every day.
What is femboy lingerie?
Femboy lingerie is lingerie designed for a male or masc body: lace bras and bralettes, panties and thongs, garter belts, sheer bodysuits and strappy harnesses. Some wear it for gender expression, some for a partner, some purely because lace feels better than cotton boxers. All of these are equally good reasons.
The word "femboy" describes a style, not an identity requirement—femboys, sissies, crossdressers, trans and nonbinary people, and men who just like nice underwear all shop the same shelf. Whatever brings you here, the fit rules below are the same.
How it differs from women's lingerie
This is the part most shops skip, and it's the reason women's lingerie in a bigger size never quite works. A male frame has a different hip-to-waist ratio, a flat chest, and needs room at the front. Properly made femboy lingerie is drafted around that from the start:
- The front of panties and thongs is cut with a structured pouch, so nothing digs or spills—no tucking required unless you want to.
- Bra straps are placed to sit flat on a flat chest instead of gaping.
- The back rise is cut higher so it doesn't slide down.
- Straps and garters adjust in a wider range, because male torsos vary more where lingerie needs to hold.
If you have been buying women's lingerie and it never quite fit, we go through the four specific failure points in how women's lingerie actually fits a male body.
The main types (with real photos)
Every photo below is our own product shot—what you see is what ships. Shoppers call this category a dozen things—femboy underwear, femboy undies, panties, bras—so it's grouped here by what each piece actually does.
Bra & panty sets
The classic starting point: a soft bra or bralette plus matching panties. Lace versions read romantic, mesh versions read sporty. This shelf is also where femboy bras live—bralettes, underwire and open-cup cuts drafted to sit flat—and the panties from any set work on their own as everyday undies. Browse all men's lingerie sets.
Femboy undies & everyday panties
Not everything needs garters. Femboy undies—lace panties, satin briefs, mesh thongs—are the everyday layer: the same structured front pouch as our sets, worn like regular underwear under regular clothes. If you want to buy femboy panties that survive daily wear, pick stretch lace or mesh over anything rigid; and panties for femboys are sized by the same three measurements as everything else here, so the chart below covers them too.
Three-piece sets with garter belts
Bra, thong and a garter belt with straps for stockings. The garter belt does a lot of visual work—it frames the waist and makes any body look longer.
Underwire bras
An underwire cup holds its shape on a flat chest—the structured silhouette without needing anything to fill it.
Bodysuits
One piece, zero decisions: mesh, fishnet, lace or wetlook, usually with a thong back. A bodysuit also layers under normal clothes better than anything else in this guide. See all men's bodysuits.
Harnesses
Straps and hardware instead of fabric. Over a tee at a rave or festival, on bare skin everywhere else. Harnesses are the most size-forgiving thing you can buy—every strap adjusts. Browse men's harnesses.
Mesh & fishnet sets
Sheer, stretchy and the most beginner-friendly fabric: mesh moves with you and doesn't demand an exact fit the way rigid lace does. Most of our mesh sets come in six colors.
How to find your size
Ignore your t-shirt size—lingerie is sized by body measurements. You need three numbers, taken with a soft tape over bare skin:
Chest—around the fullest part, tape level under your arms.
Waist—around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
Hips—around the fullest part of your hips and glutes.
| Size | Chest | Waist | Hips |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 82-88 cm (32-34") | 66-70 cm (26-27") | 86-90 cm (34-35") |
| S | 89-94 cm (35-37") | 71-76 cm (28-30") | 91-96 cm (36-38") |
| M | 95-102 cm (38-40") | 77-82 cm (30-32") | 97-102 cm (39-40") |
| L | 103-109 cm (41-43") | 83-89 cm (33-35") | 103-108 cm (41-42") |
| XL | 110-117 cm (44-46") | 90-98 cm (36-38") | 109-114 cm (43-45") |
| 2XL | 118-124 cm (47-49") | 99-104 cm (39-41") | 115-120 cm (45-47") |
| 3XL | 125-130 cm (50-52") | 105-110 cm (42-44") | 121-126 cm (48-50") |
| 4XL | 131-138 cm (52-54") | 111-118 cm (44-46") | 127-134 cm (50-53") |
| 5XL | 139-146 cm (55-57") | 119-126 cm (47-50") | 135-142 cm (53-56") |
Between sizes? Pick the one whose range covers your numbers—straps and garters adjust, so there's room on either side. The full chart with masks and jewelry lives on our size guide page, and if you're still unsure, message us your three measurements and we'll pick for you—every piece is made to order anyway.
Buying your first set
Three rules from thousands of first orders:
Start with a two-piece. A bra and panty set gives you the full effect without the learning curve of garters.
Pick stretch over structure. Mesh and stretch lace forgive a measurement taken slightly wrong; underwire doesn't.
Black or your boldest color—nothing in between. Black always works; and if you're buying lingerie to feel something, beige won't do it.
Care
Hand wash in cold water, air dry flat, dry clean when needed. Never tumble-dry lace or mesh. That's the whole ritual—two minutes after each wear.
