Processing time
Every piece is cut and sewn to order by hand in Ukraine. Production takes 2-4 business days (weekends not included). You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free worldwide - every country, every order, no minimum. All orders ship in discreet packaging with no brand markings.

Add the 2-4 day production time to estimate the full wait from order to doorstep. Delivery times can vary with local customs processing.
VAT & customs
Germany, Denmark, Spain, Malta: all applicable VAT is already included in the price you see - you will not pay anything extra on delivery.
All other countries: VAT and import duties are not collected at checkout. Depending on your country's rules, you may be charged local taxes on arrival - these are the buyer's responsibility. We do not issue refunds for orders rejected due to unpaid customs charges.
Returns & exchanges
All orders are custom-made on request. Per health and safety regulations, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects - if something's wrong with your order, contact us and we'll make it right.
