When I opened my Etsy shop at the end of 2019, it was just a tiny beginning. Amateur photos, a couple of items — a few pairs of underwear and some harnesses. I had no idea where to start. No understanding of who my audience was, no clear product concept.
But a few weeks later, a small but meaningful breakthrough happened — my first sale and my first review. That was the moment I felt: there’s a reason to keep going.
In 2020, I did my first photo shoot with a real model — and for the first time, I saw how my designs looked on a real person, not a mannequin. That changed everything. I felt I was moving in the right direction. The collection gradually expanded, and so did the geography of my customers.
Then came the day that changed everything.
February 24, 2022.
Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
FirePony — just like me — froze for a moment. But it wasn’t a defeat. It was the pause before the leap.
I couldn’t just walk away from what I had built. It was no longer a hobby. It had become my life.
In the darkest days, I held on to the light — the light in your messages, your orders, your photos wearing my designs.
By then, I clearly understood who I was creating for: people who want to be themselves.
Lingerie is not just a piece of clothing. It’s an intimate story.
It’s about freedom, acceptance, and courage.
And if I can create pieces that become part of someone’s identity — that’s the greatest honor.
The collection became bolder. I added unconventional bodysuits, lace sets, sheer fabrics.
Customers started coming from all over the world — the USA, Canada, Japan, France, Australia, Hong Kong…
Today, FirePony has customers in over 30 countries.
Military bases, famous architects, office workers, psychologists — all united by one thing: the right to express themselves freely.
In August 2024, Etsy deactivated my shop because of photos with live models.
And you know what?
That was the best thing that could’ve happened.
I launched my own website — a space without limitations.
Now no one can force me to cover what deserves to be seen: emotion, passion, authenticity.
FirePony is no longer just a shop.
It’s a universe.
There are no rules here. No templates.
Here, you can be soft or masculine, feminine or fierce, hot, wild, tender.
Anyone. And anyone you want to be tomorrow.
